How to brew:
Generally, 8.4 grams of tea per 150 cc of spring water or mineral water or about 1 gram tea per 20 cc water, should be used. Oolong teas should be prepared with 95 to 100 °C water. First brewing about 3 second to wake up the tea, second brewing for 55 seconds, third brewing 35 second, fourth brewing 65 second and so on.
