* We ships packages within 2- 3 business days upon payment is paid and cleared.

We charge a flat shipping fee $10 per order by China Post or Japan Post SAL Mail with tracking number (14 - 20 days).
* Please note that for Standard Mail, NO single order can exceed 2 kg. If your order is over that, we will automatically separate them into several orders to meet the weight requirement. You will also be notified all the tracking numbers by email.
Since the Customs in some countries including, but not limit to UK, France and Germany, etc may take a relatively long time to inspect the parcels, the delivery time of some orders may take 4-6 weeks.
We also have EMS Express Mail (3 - 5 working days) service.
International region 1 - for deliveries to Asia

* Product should be returned in an original condition in 7 days.

* Immediate cancellation will be subjected to 5% cancellation fees. (up to 10 hours if not shipped)

*Occasionally orders are returned to us for the following reasons; Refused, Unclaimed, Invalid Address, Unknown Address, or Insufficient Address, refuse to pay tax/ refuse to provide ID copy/ unable to make import declarations.
*When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and 15% of the value of products as re-stocking fee.
*We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged a duplicate shipping fee plus $5.00. for resend the parcel.
*Refunds are issued only to the paypal account used at the time of purchase, and in no other way.
